ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

Programming that meets Black nonprofit leaders where they are.

  • Tactical sessions led by experienced Black nonprofit executives and funders
  • Hands-on working time to refine your case for support, budgets, and programs
  • Real talk on burnout, wellness, and leading while Black in philanthropy spaces
  • Space to celebrate wins, share lessons, and build regional and national ties

You’ll leave with decisions made, documents drafted, and a community to keep you accountable long after the conference ends.

You’ll get clarity on:

  • How to build multi-year, diversified revenue beyond one big grant
  • What funders actually look for in Black-led organizations—behind the scenes
  • Which metrics and stories best communicate your impact
  • How to staff, govern, and grow without losing your mission or community trust
